Burks - good luck with the blog and podcasts. The technology seems to have created an enormous amount of excitement.
One possible use of the podcasting, certainly this makes sense in economics but I think it would be valuable elsewhere as well, is for the instructor to do some commentary and analysis on things in the news with an econ flavor, perhaps tying into NPR or other audio sources, so the instruction flows in and out of what the students are seeing in the rest of their universie.
